7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
Items exchanges are only available for items that you received in a non-human damaged or non-working condition, or the item is not what you ordered is incorrectly shipped to you. To confirm what the issue is, a picture or video proof of the issue is a must. If the issue or fault can not be determined via photographic or video method, the item needs to be returned to Untamed for inspection and assessment at your own cost. If we confirm it is DOA, we will resend a new one for free (we will assume all shipping costs) within 7 days or you can ask for a full refund.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 7-days of the item received date you may return items purchased with a full refund of your purchase price if you have chosen the incorrect product or are unhappy with the product. The shipping cost is non-refunded in such case. Items must be returned in the original (undamaged) packaging, with all documentation and/or accessories for a full refund (shipping costs not included).
Warranty
Within 1 year from the date of order (excluding all Google/Alexa products that carry a 6-month warranty from the importer), products that are damaged by non-human factors can be submitted to our support center and will be reissued after our company evaluates and confirms that it is a quality problem. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost for replacement. If it is not possible to confirm whether there is a product problem (To confirm what the issue is, the picture or video proof of the issue is a must.), the customer needs to return the product for inspection for responsibility assessment.
No compensation is available in the following cases:
1) Damage and natural degeneration due to wear in item’s use are at the customer’s own expense.
2) No compensation and repair for items damaged by customers and misuse beyond the warranty period.
3) Flash firmware, modify, remove, or customize items.
4) Provide subjective or unacceptable reasons to ask for a refund.
5) Return and replacement request without RMA authorization.
6) Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or incorrect installations.
7) Accidental damage
8) Motorized curtain rails already assembled and installed, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
9) If the product has been used for a period longer than 7 days, and is not defective.
Refund
If a refund is requested and approved, UNTAMED TECH will process the refund within 3-6 days upon receiving the returned item. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see details below:
Credit card refund will take between 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your credit card company and intermediaries
PAYFAST, EFT refund 3 to 5 business days.
Untamed Technologies reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged from misuse, accessories/documentation are missing, or if the product is altered in any way.
Untamed Technologies are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product.
Refunds will be subject to inspection of the products, if the product is no longer in new or unused brand new condition, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged.
